On a personal level, one of the greatest joys of my life is working with children. Every week, I participate in the local tutoring program. My spouse and I help them with their homework, afterward we play games and teach them fun things like baking cookies or fishing. It is an amazingly rewarding work my only regret is to not have done it sooner.
